I haven't seen this one in weeks -- been waiting for it to get into the NT. (I thought it was going to be in the Christmas issue, but alas, it decided to be held over that one. xD)

The joke's a little obscure without context, so I have an explanation. xD
Pretty much, as you move around Neopia, there are spots where you can click a button to view a map or some such as an image or with Flash. (Pictured in the preview.)

So, I personified "Flash" and "HTML".

Paint, tablet, and a tiny GIF animation program. (It made me weep for Flash at the time.)
